Volunteers
As a result of our partnership with universities and student-led organizations across Los Angeles, Heart to Heart currently has more than 200 volunteers. Volunteers with Heart to Heart will participate in activities, such as our pop-up events. Aside from this, they are also expected to register on our online volunteering platform, Here to Help.
Refugees
Refugees can register on our online platform, Here to Help, to post any questions they may have. The platform will automatically grab keywords and find the volunteer on our database who most matches their needs. These selected volunteers will automatically be sent an invite to answer the refugees questions. Refugees could also filter through different keyword on the platform to actively seek help.
This platform concentrates both refugees and volunteers in a more effective way and makes volunteering more efficient. Although this platform is created by our communication nonprofit organization, it is free and open to every nonprofit and individual that dedicated to refugee issues.
