Heart to Heart believes that collaboration is the key to producing positive social impact in all communities. As an innovative communications nonprofit, Heart to Heart is focused on the unique needs of refugees, with a particular interest in enhancing the capacity of nonprofit organizations working to alleviate the global refugee crisis.
Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.
All across the country exist nonprofits that have dedicated themselves to helping refugees. Heart to Heart is the ideal partner for these nonprofits due to its commitment to pave a path that makes its easier for them to be fierce advocates, raise money, and find volunteers in the refugee space. A large percentage of the funds we raise will be distributed amongst partnering nonprofit organizations dedicated to helping refugees.
